Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Place the sandals in their original Ancient Greek Sandals box and dust bag, ensuring the soles are protected from scratches.
Print & Attach Label
Download your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship & Refund
Drop off your package at the designated courier point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
